Modulo Negocios / oportunidades

Presentamos un nuevo módulo para la gestión de oportunidades de negocio.

Este módulo permite:

  • La creación, seguimiento y cierre de oportunidades directas o indirectas referente a una empresa
  • La creación, gestión y seguimiento de los contactos involucrados en ese negocio y ver su vinculación / actividad
  • Definición / asignación del origen del negocio
  • Definir el negocio con una fecha objetivo de cierre o recurrente
  • Definición / creación de objetivo del negocio
  • Definición / asignación de la fase actual de ese negocio
  • Definición / asignación de la calidad / potencial & temperatura de ese negocio
  • Obtener un listado de acciones realizadas en un negocio (visitas, llamadas, etc) y programar de nuevas
  • Generar cuestionarios dinámicos para completar durante el proceso de visita.
  • Obtener / visualizar el feedback obtenido de los productos y servicios presentados de forma visual (interesa o no interesa etc)
  • Revisar contenido compartido y si se ha visitado esa información
  • Revisar ofertas / nuestras enviadas de ese negocio
  • Revisar los negocios –de forma global, o a través de la ficha– activos en un cliente
  • Exportar / conectar vía API toda la información

Ejemplo de Escenarios para el uso de este módulo:

  • Visitador médico que presenta productos farmacéuticos a doctores / médicos para introducirlos / recomendarlos
  • Comercial que contacta con un influencer / deportista vinculado a la moda / deporte para que introduzca / recomienda los artículos del fabricante en distintos y genera ventas indirectas
  • Seguimiento de oportunidades que tienen fases complejas hasta que se cierra finalmente la venta
