This year's edition of Social Selling Day has been a resounding success. The event, which took place in Barcelona on 6 October, welcomed 120 attendees.
The event featured various experts in the field of Social Selling to open the conversation about how LinkedIn and other digital channels can serve as a competitive advantage for sales.
First to speak was Muntsa Dachs, owner of Muntsa Dachs and Past Strategy Director at VMLY&R, in a presentation on “Archetypes for building brands with impact in B2B environments”.
She was followed by David Galve, General Manager of Optimum Ventas, who explained how to apply Social Selling effectively in his presentation: “Corporate Social Selling, the sales methodology that increases the efficiency of your sales team.".
To reflect on the impact of Sales Enablement on today's sales, the speaker was Pere Tura, CEO of CatalogPlayer and Cege Global delegate, in a presentation focused on “how to increase your customers” engagement".

The last speaker was Jordi Gili, Country Manager Spain and LinkedIn Product Director at webidoo, who focused more on the role that managers should play on LinkedIn to be “Digital Leaders” and ensure the success of a Social Selling strategy.
Notably, Social Selling Day 2022, as in the previous edition, included a space for attendees to network and share feedback on the topics discussed during the day.
The day closed with a discussion in which attendees could actively participate. Alejandro Casamada, President and co-founder at Optima Facility, and Javier de Oña, Deputy General Manager at Fundación Integralia DKV, spoke about how they have managed to successfully implement Social Selling in their respective companies with excellent results.
For another year, Social Selling Day consolidates itself as an event with a successful turnout and an ideal space to debate the future of sales and the impact that new digital channels will have on it.
