We present an interesting Webinar on Onboarding, organised by PayFit in collaboration with Catalog Player.
Companies routinely experience movements and changes in their work teams. This means that situations constantly arise of Onboarding, or in other words, the process through which new employees come aboard the company.
It is a very important and equally delicate phase, but all too often the day-to-day running of the company means it cannot be given all the attention it requires. This means that sometimes this process ends badly, hence the following fact:
“22% of resignations occur during the first 45 days of work. The company's costs are at least three times the salary of the former employee” (Deloitte study).
