This additional module of CatalogPlayer allows the automated generation of documents in PDF or XLS (Excel), from the data available on the platform, and with different customisation options.
From the Backend you can easily generate:
- a product data sheet PDF
- a product family PDF
- a PDF of the entire catalogue
- the product price list in XLS (Excel) format
From the same APP the salesperson can also:
- Generate PDF documents of a set of products or favourites.
Functionalities of the product PDF generator had previously already been expanded, giving new possibilities to this module for the generation of dynamic PDFs based on the content:
- Filters to select which fields we want to print in the product PDF
- Generate family catalogues from the backend (administration panel)
- Define front cover and back cover based on customer segmentation
- Availability of several templates to generate the PDF: data sheet per page or product grid
