For the creation of the new AI sales assistants, new APIs have been added that allow data to be obtained and presented efficiently:
- Llama3, OpenAI: to distribute the information and the AI responses, a centralised dispatcher is being created that sends the type of search or query to one model or another to obtain the response more efficiently.
- WhatsApp Business API: allows the platform to present and obtain information through the WhatsApp Business channel.
- New ERP connectors: among others, new versions of the connector for Odoo and Business Central have been developed, all of them developed with a similar communication structure to interact through unified entities.
